You are advised to chant it during the Brahma Muhurat and the Sandhya timing to attain Siddhi. You stand to receive auspicious results


How Many Times Should You Chant Mahamrityunjaya Mantra?

The expert said that chanting the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra 108 times can bring you auspiciousness as 108 is believed to be a holy number.

However, if you don’t have enough time, you can also chant it 27 times to get rid of Graha Dosha.

Your good fortune can also increase if you chant it 11 times.


Rules For Chanting Mahamrityunjaya Mantra

  • You are advised to take a bath and put on clean clothes before you chant this mantra. While chanting the mantras, you should keep the place of worship clean and pure and your mind calm and focused.
  • The expert said that you can also use Rudraksha or pearl rosary while chanting the mantras.
  • You should sit in the 'Gayatri Mudra' while chanting the mantra as it is considered to be the best position for this.
  • Also, you should make sure that you chant this mantra 11, 27, 54, or 108 times at your convenience.
