Offline Sales & Franchise Coordinator,

Role Overview

As an Offline Sales & Franchise Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our central operations and the spiritual communities on the ground. You will identify, recruit, and support local franchise partners, forge collaborations with temples and pandits, and help us build a scalable offline presence across India.

Your success will be measured by the number of active offline service partners, sales generated through these channels, and the quality of partner relationships you build.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

📍 Franchise Development

  • Identify high-potential regions and onboard new franchise partners for jipanditji.com services

  • Conduct virtual or on-ground meetings to explain our offerings, revenue-sharing model, and support system

  • Guide franchisees through onboarding, training, and SOP handover

  • Act as their go-to point for any ongoing support, escalations, or performance reviews

🛕 Temple & Local Network Partnerships

  • Visit and develop relationships with prominent temples, pooja organizers, purohits, and pandits

  • Onboard temple vendors who can fulfill services such as temple prasad, pooja sankalp, rituals, etc.

  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and service quality

🧩 Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams (ops, customer care, tech) to ensure franchisee and partner needs are met

  • Track and report daily/weekly partner activities, revenue, and targets

  • Maintain a CRM or shared database of all leads and ongoing relationships


👤 Who You Are

  • Experienced in field sales, franchise operations, or channel development (1–3 years)

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in Hindi (regional languages a plus)

  • Comfortable with both remote and on-ground work – you may occasionally travel to key cities or pilgrimage locations

  • Passionate about Indian traditions, temples, and spiritual culture

  • Organized and result-driven, with a sense of ownership


📚 Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM systems

  • Familiarity with Indian pooja types, temples, rituals

  • Previous experience in spiritual commerce, franchising, or B2B channel development
