This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Visual Designer – Branding, Packaging & Campaigns, located in Delhi, India. The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs, developing branding strategies, and executing packaging and campaign designs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency, conducting design research, and presenting design concepts. Daily tasks include creating graphics and visuals for web and print, maintaining brand integrity, and ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Visual Design, Graphic Design, and Web Design
- Experience in Branding, Graphics, and Packaging design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant degree or certification in design or related field
- Experience in the spiritual or wellness industry is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Build and evolve Jipanditji’s visual identity across web, app, product, campaigns, and social.
- Conceptualize & execute 360° brand campaigns (social media, festive, influencers, packaging, POSM)
- Design premium packaging for spiritual products — concept to print
- Create moodboards and design variations using AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
- Edit, retouch, and enhance product and ritual imagery.
- Design reels, videos, and motion graphics for storytelling.
- Blend traditional Indian aesthetics with modern trends.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in branding, packaging, campaigns, or D2C/eCommerce.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, digital content, and brand design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color, visual storytelling.
- Ability to turn concepts into powerful brand visuals.

Overview of Your Role: Sales Associate – Driving Sales & Growth for CBBC Wonders
As a Sales Associate, your role is pivotal in driving the sales strategy for the company across various channels—whether offline, online, wholesale, retail, or any other sales avenue. Below, we have detailed your key responsibilities, along with how you will contribute to our growth, while continuously developing your skills and gaining expertise in both sales and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Meeting Sales Targets: Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and meet defined sales targets and deadlines. This involves direct outreach and building relationships with customers across various channels (online and offline), ensuring that you’re constantly driving new business while maintaining existing relationships.
- Revenue Growth: You will work to increase revenue for the company by exploring and exploiting various sales channels (wholesale, retail, online) while aligning with company sales objectives and strategic goals.
- Sales Reporting & Monitoring: You’ll be required to track your sales performance and provide weekly/monthly updates on achieved sales targets and KPIs. Regular analysis of results will help you stay focused on improving strategies and continuously reaching higher targets.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion Activities
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: You will actively collaborate with our marketing team to ensure that our brand message, offers, and promotions are effectively communicated to customers. Role Overview
As an Offline Sales & Franchise Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our central operations and the spiritual communities on the ground. You will identify, recruit, and support local franchise partners, forge collaborations with temples and pandits, and help us build a scalable offline presence across India.
Your success will be measured by the number of active offline service partners, sales generated through these channels, and the quality of partner relationships you build.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📍 Franchise Development
Identify high-potential regions and onboard new franchise partners for jipanditji.com services
Conduct virtual or on-ground meetings to explain our offerings, revenue-sharing model, and support system
Guide franchisees through onboarding, training, and SOP handover
Act as their go-to point for any ongoing support, escalations, or performance reviews
🛕 Temple & Local Network Partnerships
Visit and develop relationships with prominent temples, pooja organizers, purohits, and pandits
Onboard temple vendors who can fulfill services such as temple prasad, pooja sankalp, rituals, etc.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and service quality
🧩 Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (ops, customer care, tech) to ensure franchisee and partner needs are met
Track and report daily/weekly partner activities, revenue, and targets
Maintain a CRM or shared database of all leads and ongoing relationships
👤 Who You Are
Experienced in field sales, franchise operations, or channel development (1–3 years)
Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in Hindi (regional languages a plus)
Comfortable with both remote and on-ground work – you may occasionally travel to key cities or pilgrimage locations
Passionate about Indian traditions, temples, and spiritual culture
Organized and result-driven, with a sense of ownership
📚 Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM systems
Familiarity with Indian pooja types, temples, rituals
Previous experience in spiritual commerce, franchising, or B2B channel development
