For Physical Products (Pooja Samagri & Items)

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Non-Returnable:

  • Opened or used pooja samagri items

  • Consumable spiritual products

Return Process:

  • Contact us within 7 days at support@jipanditji.com

  • Share order details and images (if applicable)

  • Our team will verify and process the request

Refund:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Credited to original payment method

Return Shipping:

  • Free return shipping for damaged or incorrect products

For Puja Services, Online Rituals & Astrology

  • All service bookings are non-refundable once confirmed

  • In case of rescheduling, requests must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance

  • If a service cannot be delivered from our side, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion
