Every pandit on our platform passes a mock puja audit conducted by senior karmakandi Acharyas before they perform a single puja for a client. This is not a background check — it is an actual ritual performance evaluation. We rejected 40% of applicants who applied. You will receive your pandit's name and credentials before the puja date so you can verify independently.
We will send you a complete samagri list so you know exactly what is needed. If you would like us to arrange everything, we can supply a complete Griha Pravesh puja kit — including pure A2 Bilona ghee for the havan, Kashmiri Mongra kesar, hawan samagri, and all other items. This is available as an add-on. Many families prefer this as it ensures everything is of puja-grade quality.
We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to ensure your preferred pandit and muhurat are available. For popular dates — especially post-Diwali and wedding season — we receive bookings 3–4 weeks ahead. That said, if you have an urgent requirement, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate within 48 hours.
We will work with you to find the best muhurat within or near your preferred date. If your date is genuinely inauspicious, we will be honest with you and suggest the closest auspicious alternative — even if it means we lose a booking. Our pandits will not perform a Griha Pravesh on a day that is clearly inauspicious. This is a commitment we make to every family.
We take a nominal advance amount to reserve your preferred date and muhurat, confirm the availability of the pandit, and make the necessary arrangements for samagri and logistics in advance. This helps us ensure that everything is prepared smoothly and delivered as per your requirements.
For outstation and online pujas, the advance also helps cover travel and coordination expenses. The advance amount is always adjusted against the final payment, and we maintain complete transparency throughout the process.
Rest assured, we never ask for more than 25% of the total booking amount as advance. The remaining amount can be paid after the puja arrangements are completed to your satisfaction.
