Job Profile: Employeeprenuer ( Sales Associates )

Sales Associate (Employeeprenuer) to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.

Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Follow and achieve organization’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• To Promote the brand, by increasing the awareness among the customers and thereby increasing the sales

Skills

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in Hindi/local languages and understanding level of English
• Basic Math skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

Accountabilities and Payout

The Payout which is to be paid to sales associate or Employeeprenuer is consists of two components – Fixed and Variable Pay

Fixed pay starts from the scale of Rs 4500/- to 25,000/-

Variable pay vary from Rs 4500/- to Rs 60000/-

Sales associate is accountable to perform as per the minimum threshold assigned to him/her, in order to be eligible for fixed pay.

There will not be any fixed pay if any one of the threshold combinations as per the Annexure are not achieved

Variable Pay are the % of incentive paid to sell the products from the catalogue of 100+ Products and services provided by us online or offline under the brand name JiPanditJi.com
